Return Policy

If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us.  You can return most items (certain items are excluded) for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.  The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. 

The following items can’t be returned:

  1. Personalized items
  2. Items that you have already assembled.
  3. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc).
  4. Perishable Items

Perishable Items – Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).  Please note that we are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, and products will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Freight Delivered items – We guarantee against manufacturers’ defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Products may be returned with prior authorization only

There will be a shipping and handling charge for all returned items.  All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price after deducting shipping & handling charges (they will applied on freight returns) and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Buyers remorse/unwanted product returns will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refused Delivery for Freight Delivered Items – Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways). All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.
